  1. I agree with you, gummies are not just for kids! Sugar-free gummies are one of my favorite things to make because all by themselves they provide health benefits. But of course, I turn some of them into different tasty supplements. As the previous reader commented, the apple cider vinegar gummies are delicious! I have never tried the purchased ones, but I know the homemade apple cider vinegar gummies are excellent.
