How to Make a Quick Pizza Omelette in Less Than 10 Mins

Easy Pizza Omelette that can be made in less than 10 minutes, all you need is pepperoni, cheese, and eggs.

For this pizza omelette recipe I used a little coconut oil in the frying pan to fry the pepperoni first, followed by the eggs and then the cheese comes last.

You can see the process in this picture below of what it looks like before the flip.

Ingredients for pizza omelette

1/2 cup of pepperoni slices, adjust according to your own preferences

1/2 cup of mixed cheese mozza and cheddar

3 eggs cracked and scrambled before pouring into the pan

Start off with a little olive oil or coconut oil in your pan then place your pepperoni slices to cover the bottom of the pan. Let them cook it will only take about a minute or so.

After they are looking well done then you can pour in the egg mixture on top. Once that starts to bubble and cook then you can cover it with cheese.

If you feel that the bottom is done then you can flip half of it so that you end up with your traditionally looking omelette.

Not only is this quick to make it is easy to make and it is a cheap meal to make as well. If you are looking to make something that is on a budget then consider something as simple as eggs, pepperoni, and cheese. A crustless pizza that looks like an omelette.

This is one of the easiest recipes to make that almost anyone can do it. It takes little prep time, only whisking the eggs, and you can add a little cream to those if you’d like too. Finish it off with some salt or pepper, you’re ready to enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch. It even works for a quick and cheap dinner to make too.
