Fairmont Hotel Vancouver Hosting Bright Downtown Free Art Event

From March 6th 2021 to March 12 2021 the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is going to be hosting the Bright Downtown event.

This event goes from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and is going to showcase digitally projected artwork onto the hotel itself.

The event is put on by DVBIA and they are hoping that it brings some needed joy and bright imagery to the downtown area right now.

The goal is to “Light Up Your Night” with the event, creating an uplifting and positive feeling for the new year ahead that is 2021.

Between the hours that it will be running at the beginning of March you can expect to see the show run every 30 minutes and it will last for roughly 15 minutes each time that it runs.

This event is going to be free for anyone in the Vancouver area to come and experience this month.

The experience is expected to be projected onto the east facade of the hotel and masks along with distancing are still encouraged.

They have an official FB page that you can RSVP to.

For those in the area walking or driving by it is going to be hard to miss. And if you are looking for something new to do in March that is local and free then the Bright Downtown Fairmont Hotel Vancouver event might be what you’re looking for.

Along with the art show the hotel is also offering a BRIGHT Downtown Stay Package and this package includes a room upgrade, complimentary parking, and as much as 15 percent off the best available room rate.

Oh, and you also get a late check out time of 5 PM too. The rates for this hotel, known as the castle in the city, start around $190 CAD or more.
